Presale $89
First run is limited — we won't be doing a presale at this price again. Retail at launch $119
Production now shipping late August or early September 2026
GAUCHO™ is a waterproof-zippered knife and utensil case. It opens flat like a book. On one side an 8×12-inch food-grade bamboo cutting board with a juice groove and anti-slip base. Other-side, a structured utility panel with knife and utensil slots, space for tools, spices, towel. Close it and it's weatherproof. Open it and it's ready with utensils, knife and cutting board.
It's the little brother of the Workspace Camp Kitchen — purpose-built for minimalists who want less kit, not less capability. The bamboo board lifts out for use or cleaning; any standard 8×12 board fits. Knives stay protected on rough roads. Tools stay organized. And when the fire's ready, everything is exactly where you need it. TPU material inside and out for easy cleaning.
