The controller mounts close to the battery, in a sealed baggage compartment, a cabinet, or under the dash. \u003cstrong\u003eThe switch panel and controller are not weather resistant\u003c\/strong\u003e and must go in protected areas. The motor harnesses are color coded, gray and pink for leg 1 and purple and brown for leg 2, and the controller dials set lifting force per leg, which is how a coach with a slide out is brought to a more level state.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eSafety interlocks\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eOne or more interlocks must be connected so that extend is denied with the ignition key on or the park brake released. Wash with a wet rag or mild detergent, never a pressure washer, and do not spray cleaner heavily onto the motor gearbox.
